| Concept |
TV Puls was a religious channel partly owned by the Franciscan order. It was relaunched in 2007 with a deep evolution of its concept after Newscorp acquired 35% of the capital. The contents became more generalists and less religious. Finally, Newscorp sold its 35% stake in the company in November 2008 and the Franciscan order, which was still owing 25% of the capital sold its stake at the beginning of 2010 to Dariusz Dabski. Therefore in 2010 Mr Dabski became the President of the channel and the sole owner of TV Puls.
